The Drammune

The Vast know the Kingdom of Drammun to be populated by the fiercest fighters on earth. Schooled in martial ways from youth, chosen at a young age to enter the military, they are all about conquest. Even young girls who show a particularly bloodthirsty bent and a way with sharp, pointy objects may be trained up to become the feared Mortach Demal.

Godless and faithless, they follow the ancient teachings of their first Hezzan, doctrines bound together in the revered Rak-Taa, the Book of the Law, full of careful instruction on how one earns the title, Worthy. As you might guess, the spilling of blood is often involved.

Many who have only read about them ask me how to pronounce their various words and phrases and places, so after much wringing of ink onto paper, and with a good bit of help from Bran Mooring of the Seminary, who speaks their language, I was able to concoct a little dictionary, along with pronunciations.

Only I couldn't figure how to tell you to roll your "R"s. You'll have to do that yourself.
